Not going to lie I took a couple day hiatus, but with good reason. In the last couple weeks I've hiked more miles and experienced more positive experiences than I have in awhile. Here's a little nugget that I like to remind myself when I'm feeling stressed or run down because the jobs I hold I keep because they do intrinsically reward.
